House System

We are excited to announce that St. Louis Catholic will be joining the multitude of Catholic schools adopting a House System. Education and planning is underway in continuation of work completed by the Strategic Vision committees and the House System Steering Committee. Part of the mission of St. Louis Catholic High School is to foster a strong and sustainable culture of traditions and opportunities for fellowship, ministry, service, athleticism, and academic leadership. Instituting the House System will help us achieve that mission and cultivate a sense of equality, pride, responsibility, belonging, and respect among all students, staff, alumni, and families. The House System will give each student a voice and a place within the home of St. Louis Catholic High School.

Recently, Colonel Flowers spoke to our school about leadership, defining it as “service to a cause.” As we prepare to implement the House System next year, we are looking for students who want to lead in this capacity.
If you are interested in using your voice to shape the identities of the Houses and the events, please consider joining the Servant Leadership Committee.
Applications are open to current 9th, 10th, and 11th graders. You can complete the attached application and submit it to Mrs. Pierce by April 1. Applications and information are also available in your class Team. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Pierce (hpierce@slchs.org).
** Any current Seniors interested in being a Legacy member of the Servant Leadership Committee should contact Mrs. Pierce **
