No. 2-seed St. Louis Catholic girls basketball is back in the Division II state championship for a second straight season – a rematch at No. 1 Lee Magnet Saturday, March 7, at 4 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now for the title game at St. Louis Catholic’s school office – get them while they last!  Tickets are $10 for students and adults.  *Saturday’s game will be live streamed on NFHS Network; no other live streaming is allowed by the LHSAA.*

“They’ve come in every day and worked hard in the gym since May,” coach Tony Johnson said.  “This was one of our goals, but we’re not finished yet.  We’re going to prepare for that state championship Saturday, and we’re going to be ready for it.”

In 2019 the Lady Saints fell just short of a state title against the same Lee Magnet High School, 64-60, when the teams also the top two in Division II.  Now they’ll square off again in 2020 with another shot to bring home the championship trophy.
