St. Louis Catholic junior Alivia Mudd was crowned Miss Cameron Parish as part of the recent Louisiana Fur and Wildlife Festival that recognizes the industries and fur-bearing parishes of Louisiana, including Calcasieu and Cameron.

Mudd’s job as ambassador of Cameron Parish will be to promote Cameron Parish and all the rich tourism opportunities therein, doing so both in the state and as a representative at the Maryland Outdoor Festival in February. As part of her prize package, she received a fur vest and a $1,500 scholarship.

Congratulations, Alivia, on this exciting honor!
